Product labels carry legally binding directions covering application, ventilation and re-entry, and a professional is required to follow them. Tell the company in advance about pregnancy, infants, pets, fish tanks or asthma, and ask which products will be used and for the labels. Where a lower-risk approach exists - baits and targeted application rather than broadcast spraying - it is reasonable to ask for it.

Four: what exactly is being treated and with what method; how many visits are included and what a return visit costs; what the agreement term, renewal price and cancellation cost are; and what the guarantee obliges them to do if the pest comes back.
